Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 5–10 business days after your order is placed.
Because many of our products are made in small batches or finished to order, processing times may vary depending on current production schedules. If your order includes multiple items, they may ship together or separately based on readiness.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information when available.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship within the United States using trusted carriers, including UPS, USPS, and FedEx.
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries.

Local Pickup
Local pickup is available.
Customers will be notified when their order is ready for pickup. Orders must be collected within 15 days of notification. If you need additional time, please contact us to make arrangements.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet estimated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including carrier delays, weather events, or high-volume shipping periods.
Santa Barbara Forge is not responsible for delays once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Santa Barbara Forge is not responsible for orders delayed, misdelivered, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us because of an address error, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at innkeeper@sbforge.com within 7 days of delivery (or within 7 days of the expected delivery date for lost packages).
Please include your order number and clear photos of any damage so we can assist you promptly.
