This is an awesome griddle. Perfect size for breakfast, smash burgers, fish or anything really. Pancakes come out perfect. Just the right crust layer with a creamy middle. Ten out of ten I would buy again. The perfect heirloom gift for someone you love.
Beautiful, well balanced and cooks like a dream.
Great size. I use it over the center oval burner on my stove, or also accross the 2 burners on either size of the stove.
The other purpose this has is to cover the stove when i fry and to keep the stove from getting oil and splashes . I used to cover it with aluminum foil.
Knew I would, and I do, love it, use it, didn't realize leaving it on my stovetop and cooking everything on it was my groove, and it is!
