We thought we would give these pans a try. Kinda spendy but they work really well. You definitely need to make sure you season them. All in all a really well made pan. Very happy with the purchase.

For me, the beauty of this design is that it allows you to reach through the grate to grab larger cuts of meet.

Also very convenient for more delicate pieces as well. We grill a lot of oysters and they are the perfect tool
To use so you don’t lose the liquor.

Loved this pan so much I got one for our camper. This way we can not forget to bring it. Jave both sizes for the house but use this one mainly. Tne low sides are nice for omelets.

I love these pans! My wife can actually cook eggs without sticking now. Although they do come in seasoned, I seasoned them 3 more times for added measure .

Beautiful pan by looks and quality. Bit of a learning curve, love it way better than my ruff surface cast iron, this pan has a smooth finish like glass. First time I tried a fried egg it came out perfect, not over cooked, with a slightly runny yoke. Still haven’t been successful with a “true French omelet” but once I figure it out I think it will be much easier in this pan. A true French omelet is two folds at just the right time as the eggs are barely setting. Excited to try a steak in it soon and see the crust it makes. Highly recommend this product.

The pan was a gift and my favorite cook loved it. The craftsmanship has created not only a functional pan but cookware that can be shared in the future. The handle is detailed and sturdy. Such a special product for a special gift.

After a prolonged delivery by UPS, which is no fault of SBF, the pan finally arrived and it is a work of art! It is also a workhorse! I can see another in our future! Worth every penny!
