I love this pan!!! The craftsmanship is amazing! I look forward to many years using this and then passing it down to my kids.
We thought we would give these pans a try. Kinda spendy but they work really well. You definitely need to make sure you season them. All in all a really well made pan. Very happy with the purchase.
For me, the beauty of this design is that it allows you to reach through the grate to grab larger cuts of meet.
Also very convenient for more delicate pieces as well. We grill a lot of oysters and they are the perfect tool
To use so you don’t lose the liquor.

Loved this pan so much I got one for our camper. This way we can not forget to bring it. Jave both sizes for the house but use this one mainly. Tne low sides are nice for omelets.
Can't say enough about the quality, beauty and robustness of your cookware. It's a joy to cook with these. It makes cooking a pleasure .
