Pan-tastic!!!

I cannot say enough great things about the pan. My husband said to me “finally a pan that works and will last”. Non-stick!!! I have had many many carbon steel pans and they claim to be non stick but they are not. The pan is truly an heirloom item that can be passed down. I love this brand so much. I’ll be getting my second one soon.

Awesome craftsmanship.

Nonstick on day one. Learn how to heat your pan correctly and you should not have any problems ever.

righteous little pan

I just made my first batch of two scrambled eggs with a variety of chile peppers fried in butter with zero problems. The preseason seemed to leave a brown film when wiping (probably normal) so washed this off with hot water and a soft rag, fresh butter in the pan, worked like a dream. Will be fun for a little pork chop or a dainty egg eater but realized I need a bigger pan too. Cool little pan. Love it.

The craftsmanship and performance of this pan is exceptional! I'm completely obsessed with it and can't stop looking at it. It has seasoned very well and I'm already cooking French omelettes with ease. I will be buying the larger pan ver soon, and these will become family heirlooms! I can't recommend high enough!
