With a longer forged handle and higher sloping sidewalls, our large carbon steel Sonora pan is perfect for more substantial cooking projects. Use this pan for dinner guests.

Favorite

Robust, life time piece which only gets better with each use. I feel like I could use it on any cook surface including open flame.And let's not forget it's character. I look to use it everyday.

Large Sonora Pan

I love the size of this pan as an omelette pan. It is the perfect size. Out of the package it is already well seasoned, but with a couple more sessions, it is even more nonstick. I love the look and feel and of the pan and the fact that it is handmade. It would be nice if it was slightly deeper, but that is only a small knock. Much nicer in my opinion than the competition that I have experience with.

Loved this pan so much I got one for our camper. This way we can not forget to bring it. Jave both sizes for the house but use this one mainly. Tne low sides are nice for omelets.
